There are two ways you can find your contact lens prescription:
1. From a script that your Optometrist has provided you
2. From the box of your current contact lenses
Contact lens prescriptions can be a little confusing to read. Below are the terms that you may come across and how they match to our ordering page. Not all fields will be required for your prescription.

| D or SPH or PWR | Power (select for each eye) |
| Add Power | Add Power |
| CYL | CYL (select for each eye) |
| AXIS or X | Axis (select for each eye, this will be a number between 5 - 180) |
| BC | Base Curve (select for each eye) |
| DIA | Diameter - no selection required, this is fixed for your contact lens |
