For orders under $200, our competitive delivery rates are as follows:

Standard Delivery - $6.95

Express Delivery - $9.95

We exclusively use Australia's most trusted delivery service - Australia Post, to deliver our contact lenses so you’ll know they’re safe. You can choose from Australia Post's Standard Delivery, or Express Delivery options. Standard delivery should arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch, and Express delivery should arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch. There are no hidden costs and we do not charge a handling fee.

Most of our contact lens orders will be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days.

Express Post Contact Lenses Australia-wide

Express Post is available for all contact lenses at a flat fee of $9.95 or discounted to just $3.00 for orders over $200

Australia Post Express Delivery will usually get to you within 24 hours after dispatching (capital cities). There are no hidden costs and we do not charge a handling fee.

Most of our contact lens orders will be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days, so you should receive your contact lenses within 3 - 7 business days from placing your order. If for any reason, including back-ordered products, we can’t get your contact lenses to you within 7 business days, we will notify you.

Proclear Toric XR and Frequency Xcel Toric XR contact lenses can take up to 4 weeks as they are custom made in the UK by Cooper Vision.

Once your order has left us, you will be emailed a tracking code. To track the delivery status of your order, go to: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track and enter in your tracking code.
