Prescription contact lenses are GST free. GST will be applied to cosmetic contact lenses that have no power (‘plano’). GST is also charged on contact lenses solutions and the price displayed for both plano contact lenses and solutions will include GST.
At this stage eContactLenses.com.au only supplies contact lenses within Australia. We plan to supply New Zealand in the near future and other countries soon after.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. We will contact you if products are unavailable at the time of shipping and you will have the choice to wait until all products are available before shipping or we can dispatch individually. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. You can cancel your order any time prior to shipping.

Although we make every effort in providing accurate and up to date product descriptions and images, we do not take responsibility for any discrepancies that may arise. Images may appear in different colours depending on the monitor in which they are displayed and are provided as a guide only. Ultimately your contact lenses are based on your prescription and you should not rely on images to fulfil your order.
We will gladly accept the return of contact lenses that are defective due to defects in manufacturing for 28 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect contact lenses to you will also be accepted for return 28 days from the date of purchase.
At eContactLenses.com.au we believe our customers come first and for that reason if you have made an incorrect purchase or simply change your mind, eContactLenses.com.au will offer you a full refund on the items purchased provided all goods are in a resalable condition, i.e. boxes are unopened, in new condition and not tampered with in anyway. eContactLenses.com.au reserves the right to refuse a refund. No freight charges will be refunded unless the error was caused by eContactLenses.com.au. The customer is responsible for all freight costs of returning goods for all other circumstances. As above, all returns must be made within 28 days of purchase.
We will ship your contact lenses as they become available. In the majority of cases, products ship within 2-3 days of order confirmation, or within 2-3 days of the next business day following Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday.
However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
We use Australian Post standard and express delivery options. Once dispatched your order should arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your selected delivery option.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, eContactLenses.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
